Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Evin Gökcen, Joseph-Bernhard-Winck-Str. 8c, Phone number: 0174 7792712, Email address: info@louvion.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
 
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Grounds for expiry

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, which obliges the consumer to pay a price, if the consumer:
 
1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur shall commence performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
 
2. has confirmed that by his agreement he acknowledges that he loses his right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance of the contract, and

3. the entrepreneur has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, but at the latest upon provision of the digital content not supplied on a physical medium:
  • in which the content of the contract is reproduced, and
  • on which it is recorded that the consumer has expressly agreed prior to the performance of the contract that the entrepreneur shall commence performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and has confirmed that by his agreement he loses his right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance of the contract.
